Application credentials required for consideration into Mays-Woodson Christian Academy:
• Complete Mays-Woodson Academy application which
includes a $100 non-refundable application fee.

• Copy of official report card from potential student’s current school.
• Submit a letter of recommendation verifying church involvement. Recommendation
must be on official church letterhead.

• Return completed Student Profile sheet which must be comleted by the child’s teacher
and forwarded to the admissions office.
• Complete the interview process.
•Testing dates are scheduled as needed.

STANDARD PAYMENT SCHEDULE
On or before August 1, prior to the school year, a payment of $500.00
is due. $100.00 covers registration or re-enrollment fee. $100.00 covers Activity Fee, $300.00 goes toward tuition. The remaining balance will be collected by FACTS and must be paid in full by August 15th.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the policy of Mays-Woodson Christian Academy that no child may start or continue
school without payment of the tuition obligation.
