Application credentials required for consideration into Mays-Woodson Christian Academy:

• Complete Mays-Woodson Academy application which includes a $75 non-refundable application fee.

• Copy of official report card from potential student’s current school.

• Submit a letter of recommendation verifying church involvement. Recommendation must be on official church letterhead.

• Return completed Student Profile sheet which must be comleted by the child’s teacher and forwarded to the admissions office.

STANDARD PAYMENT SCHEDULE
On or before August 1, prior to the school year, a payment of $375.00 is due. This will be applied as a $300.00 deposit and $75.00 activity fee. The remaining balance will be collected by FACTS and must be paid in full by August 15th.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the policy of Mays-Woodson Christian Academy that no child may start or continue school without payment of the tuition obligation.
